Alina is a thriver, heart-centered expansion expert, and visionary who leads by example, showing and guiding individuals and organizations how to expand consciously beyond any limits to achieve success. She makes the impossible happen with ease through heart-centered consciousness. She is fluent in six languages and conducts business in all of them regularly.
Alina escaped a brutal communist regime in Eastern Europe at the age of 16 and immigrated to the United States as a political asylee with simply the clothes on her back and a determination to BE and LIVE FREE.
She earned a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering (Biomedical Engineering & Cell Science focused) working early in her career globally in Fortune 500 companies & in defense. Based on her professional experience and personal discoveries, she became passionate about teaching how to effectively harness the power in your own cells to live truly free.
She founded and successfully expanded four of her own companies in real estate, defense consulting, natural products, and biotech (stem cells). Through successes and challenges, Alina discovered that the missing link to BEING and LIVING FREE is being sovereign, clear, and heart-centered conscious: a space from which you can create with ease meaningful, fulfilling, and joy filled experiences and connections.
It is Dr. Ruta’s passion and mission to teach how to wake up, become self-aware, heart-centered, and start living a truly free, authentic, balanced, and self-empowering, fearless life.
